As you can see, EPL this season is nothing other than attack, attack and attack. So the poll results had been heavily altered by this factor.
If it was years before, I bet fantasy managers will spend the money evenly between all their lines, but this year, the case is different.
Expensive strikers are craved the most by our fellow voters with 20 votes! I had not surprised if many managers land in Torres, Drogba and Rooney trio in their team.
The next is midfielders with 19 votes. Despite the poor performance of fantasy midfielders, many managers still put their trust on them.
6 people voted that they spare the money evenly. Quite rational for the years before, but this year I think its not the case. Why should you spend so much money on defenders and keepers when they hardly get any clean sheet?
Defenders, goalkeepers and random sparing of money get 1 vote respectively, which is very reasonable for this crazy season.
The trend may change as the season goes on, lets see if there are any more surprises that EPL may give!
