Fantasy Focus
Analysis of big showdowns this gameweek.

Chelsea vs West Ham United
Prediction: 2-0

Chelsea will look forward to back to the summit for at least several hours when they face their derby rivals West Ham at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.

Chelsea has been showing shaky form recently with the recent 2-4 defeat against Manchester City such a humiliating one. A quick rebound of the Blues is very much needed by Carlo Ancelotti.

Despite the Hammers' good history against them, I think Chelsea will have no choice but to win the game if they really want to pursue for the league trophy. Any points slipped from this fixture will be ultimately fatal.

Goalless in three games but that should end this week.

Fantasy Commentary
Summary of interesting matches this gameweek.

All Games

Arsenal played a tough game to win Burnley 3-1, with Fabregas having minor injury during the game, while Ferguson's plan to rest Rooney was a success after a narrow win against Wolves.

Arteta made him a perfect day after his five star performance demolished Hull City 5-1. Meanwhile, Everton's derby rival Liverpool has their Champions League hopes greatly dented after a surprising defeat to Wigan.

Darren Bent was the man of Tuesday after scoring three goals passing through Bolton.

The king of Everton.

Champions League: England's Dominance

Arsenal and Manchester United both shown England is still the major force of European football after demolishing Porto 5-0 and AC Milan 4-0 respectively.

Playing at Emirates Stadium, Arsenal was too strong for Porto to defend, which allowed Bendtner to complete his first hat-trick of his professional career and Nasri to complete a world class goal dribbling pass three defenders before an accurate narrow angle shot.

A day after at Old Trafford more than 70,000 of fans witnessed the complete breakdown of AC Milan in front of them. Wayne Rooney scored the first two and showed again his importance to Manchester United, with Park and Fletcher added the other two. The result eventually left Beckham who only got into the pitch at 64th minute with nothing but misery.

On the same matchday we have also seen the multibillion Real Madrid got knocked out by French giant Lyon. How sarcastic.

You can temporarily forget King Fab with him around.

Europa Cup: England's Misery

On the contrary of Arsenal and Manchester United, Liverpool and Fulham have both lost their first leg of Europa Cup.

LOSC Lille defeated the Reds at home through a lucky goal by Eden Hazard, while Juventus crushed Fulham in a classy way.

No longer the captain marvel we all know.
