Post-Match Analysis: Gameweek 7

So match day 7 ended with whole lots of excitements. I am very happy with so many goals scored this week, but for my fantasy team, I am so angry with it which ultimately makes me to use wild card without any consideration. Luckily there's Bent to save my gameweek. I don't need to think anyway when they are so many junk players in my team such as Mendy, Duff, Anton Ferdinand, Lampard (considering his price he's quite a junk because of Drogba) and most importantly, the negative pointer Petr Cech. Well, enough for my ramblings. Lets see the results on this gameweek.

Birmingham vs Bolton	1-2 (2-0) X	Lee (Johnson)	I was shocked. The super duper real deal Cohen scores again! He'll be the best 5th midfielder of any team.
Blackburn vs Aston Villa	2-1 (1-2) X	Dunn (A Young)	Aston Villa should be ashamed of themselves to lose a game with man advantage. Boo~
Liverpool vs Hull City	6-1 (4-0) B	Torres (Torres)	As accurate as what I predicted, Torres hat-tricked! He's now back to his best - massive points are guaranteed.
Stoke City vs Man Utd	0-2 (0-0) X	Giggs (Shawcross)	One man changed the whole complexion of the game, and he's Ryan Giggs. He got 5 assists in 2 games now, so if you don't mind of his not so long playing time, he's a good pick.
Tottenham vs Burnley	5-0 (3-0) B	Keane (Defoe)	This men stole the spotlight from Torres at the final minutes. He scored 4 and became the third fantasy 20-pointer this season. Still don't know who he is? Robbie Keane of course!
Wigan vs Chelsea	3-1 (0-4) X	Bramble (Drogba)	Chelsea was like waken up in the wrong side of the bed in this game. They were awesomely awful. Titus Bramble might earn you some fantasy values now, if not points.
Fulham vs Arsenal	0-1 (1-2) A	Van Persie (Van Persie)	One goal was enough to settle the game. Robin "Hood" Van Persie saved the gunners day. Anyway, Duff had again been infected by glass legs.
Sunderland vs Wolves	5-2 (2-0) B	Bent (Bent)	Unbelievable Darren Bent made the Wolves looked even worse than a bunch of kittens who lost their mum. But better don't hope much for the next month - their fixtures are just too bad.
Man City vs West Ham	3-1 (1-0) B	Tevez (Barry)	Tevez scored two! A perfect display to gain Mark Hughes trust. Petrov did a very good job as well to make the competition at City much more packed than expected.

Triple Delight

Any team with Keane, Bent and Torres simply owns this gameweek due to their insanely high combined score - 56! Even without captaining them, the three of them have already passed through the average mark by a lot, not to be mentioned there are still 8 players' scores which are yet to be counted. Unfortunately, I just have Bent where I'll only get 22 points without him.

Fallen at Last

After seven games, finally Chelsea who secured 6 victories in a row fell at DW stadium. Ever since the game begun, Wigan was the side who kept pressuring the Blues. Quite shocking wasn't it? Cech's suspension further worsen the situation, and thus Chelsea's deserved this 1-3 defeat. Good news to Liverpudlians as they will visit to Stamford Bridge without having to face Cech - something which make the game more even-steven.

More and More Emphatic

You just couldn't believe the attacking frenzy of premier league this season - more than 110 goals in 3 gameweeks! Liverpool leads the attacking table with an average of more than 3 goals per game, while teams such as Arsenal, Man Utd, Chelsea and Tottenham are terrorising other teams' defence as well. Thinking of putting all your money on strikers? Don't hesitate.
